Lovegrove Construction & Design office staff consists of an experienced team of Architectural Technologists. We enjoy combining our expertise with the owner's ideas and concepts to ultimately craft the cottage or home of their dreams. Our drawings are completed on Auto CAD (Computer Aided Design). The system provides up-to-date drawings, allowing for ongoing changes as requested by the owner throughout the construction period.
Creating and building your cottage or home is an exciting and rewarding adventure. A component of this journey is seeing your project as it is being constructed. However, sometimes geographic location, scheduling, traffic, and the everyday hustle and bustle of life make this difficult. We communicate and update regularly, sending progress pictures of everything from first ground-breaking to completion.
As price is a concern for most people, our goal is to always be cost-aware and to work within your parameters. When pricing, we try to accommodate all expected - and even some unexpected - expenses so that that cost overruns are kept to a minimum. We work with owners to ensure they are aware of any additional charges, and that our contract price includes the original selected choices.
